Thank you to all those medical staff out there helping sick and to those who are helping to keep the country running.
Why are the first few days of a diet always the hardest? The need to eat something sweet or savoury all the time is all consuming. A few well planned meals for the days ahead is in order I think.
As hard as it is there is always something you can do. So today it's been phone calls checking up on family members and close friends making sure that they are ok. Some are coping better than others. The realaliseation that the longer this goes on the more business will not be able to reopen. These people have put years of sweat and tears into getting their business off the ground building up a customer base. That has just been stopped dead in it's tracks with no idea when it will be able to open again. People have used their life savings to build up theses places. They have no way of getting any help of support from the government here. So my door is still open to anyone and always will be even if it's from a distance at the moment. I'm at the end of the phone for you. I will carry on trying to give you all just a small respite from this every other day with my little gig at home. Please keep the requests coming in.
